When the heat of summer is at its peak, few shoes rival the sandal. Strappy styles, wedges, flip-flops — it doesn’t really matter. As long as they’re airy, comfortable, cute, and, better yet, on sale, they’re instantly a yes. But figuring out which pairs are actually worth it can be tricky. A legacy brand known for supportive styles, like Clarks, is a strong place to start.

Whether you’re already a fan of the shoes or are considering Clarks for the first time, Amazon has a deal ahead of Prime Day that’s worth a look. The Clarks Laurieann Cove Sandals are down to $38, marked down 55% from their original $85 price tag. With multiple adjustable straps that “make for a perfect fit” and a cushioned footbed that feels “like walking on clouds,” they check all the boxes for a “standby summer shoe.”

This open-toed, slip-on design centers around three fully adjustable hook-and-loop straps that stretch across the foot, allowing you to customize the fit at the toes, midfoot, and instep independently. Each strap is finished with intricate laser-cut detailing and woven-inspired embossing that gives the sandals a handcrafted look, while small cutout accents along the edges add dimension and help keep the silhouette airy.

Underfoot, the memory foam footbed is lined with small perforations that help promote airflow, while the lightly contoured shape supports the natural curve of the foot. Contrast stitching traces the edge of the footbed, giving the sandal a more finished look, and the lightweight outsole features a textured tread pattern designed for flexibility and traction.

The Laurieann Cove comes in four neutral color options, making it easy to find a pair that fits seamlessly into your summer wardrobe. Sizing is notably inclusive, ranging from 5 to 12 in half sizes, with narrow, medium, and wide widths available. Availability and pricing can vary depending on the size and color you choose.

Shoppers called these “supportive,” “super comfortable,” and “really cute” sandals “perfect for summer.” One reviewer wrote, “They are lightweight and feel very sturdy. The cushioning is comfortable and soft, while still being solid, ergonomic, and providing good arch support.”

Other customers highlighted how the pair “goes with everything.” A shopper mentioned that it’s easy to “dress them up or down” depending on the occasion.
