Cloudbeds Brings AI Travel Demand Directly to Hoteliers with Meta’s Muse Integration

21 October 20263 Mins Read

In Brief: Cloudbeds has integrated Meta’s Muse AI travel demand data into its platform, enabling hoteliers to access real-time destination demand insights directly within their property management system to inform pricing and marketing strategies.

The API integration brings hotels into AI-powered travel planning with live rates and a direct path to booking, keeping the guest relationship in hoteliers’ hands.

Cloudbeds, the hospitality management system built for ambitious hoteliers who demand more, today announced an integration with Muse, Meta’s personal AI agent, giving hotels a direct route to travelers using AI to plan and book their stays. Participating properties will be discoverable through Muse with live rates and availability, with bookings completed through their own Cloudbeds Booking Engine.

As AI agents become a new route to travel discovery and booking, hoteliers face a familiar challenge: reaching guests without deepening their dependence on intermediaries. For operators already under pressure from distribution costs, connecting directly to this demand is an opportunity to protect margins and grow direct reservations. The integration brings hotels’ own booking engines into that journey, keeping the transaction and guest relationship direct.

“Every time travel discovery shifts — metasearch, mobile, now AI agents — the industry’s reflex is to let someone else own the guest and charge the hotelier for the privilege. We’re not doing that again. When an agent finds a property that runs on Cloudbeds, the booking lands where it belongs: in the hotelier’s own system, as a direct booking, with the guest relationship intact.” – Adam Harris, CEO, Cloudbeds

Muse launched in September 2026 as a personal AI agent that helps travelers plan trips, compare options and complete bookings. While Muse can access live flight inventory, hotel discovery has relied on browsing consumer travel websites. The Cloudbeds integration connects Muse directly to hotels’ live rates, availability and policies, with reservations flowing into Cloudbeds PMS as direct bookings. Hotel teams can capture this demand within their existing Cloudbeds setup, without building a separate integration or learning a new system.

The integration is scheduled to begin rolling out to Cloudbeds’ customers in the United States in the first quarter of 2027 as part of Cloudbeds’ Digital Marketing solutions.
