Corinthia Hotels has appointed Peter Roth as President, Hotel Operations. In this newly created position, Roth will oversee the operational performance of Corinthia’s current hotel portfolio and lead operational readiness for future openings in Italy, Doha, Riyadh, Dubai, the Maldives, and Chengdu. He will be based at the company’s London headquarters and report directly to Simon Naudi, Group CEO and Managing Director of the Corinthia Group.

Roth brings more than three decades of international luxury hospitality leadership experience across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President for Jumeirah, where he led an integrated luxury resort destination in the Middle East. Prior to Jumeirah, Roth spent fifteen years with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, culminating in his appointment as Area Vice President for multi-brand assets across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Philadelphia, based at Park Hyatt New York. Earlier in his career, he held operational leadership roles with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Europe and the Americas.

Roth’s main focus will be on operations, service standards, and profitability across existing Corinthia hotels. He has lived and worked in eleven countries and is fluent in English, Spanish, and German.

Roth said, “Corinthia has built an exceptional reputation, and joining the Group at such an exciting stage of its international growth is both a privilege and a tremendous opportunity. I look forward to working alongside our hotel teams to strengthen operational excellence, empower our people and continue creating memorable experiences for our guests around the world.”

Roth’s personal interests include travel, architecture, and gastronomy.
