Elliot Page is blowing fans away with his ripped physique and boxing videos.
The Umbrella Academy star, 39, took to Instagram this week to share a shot with his trainer, Coach Nolan, from Coach Nolan Boxing in New York City. However, it was Page’s extremely fit physique that had fans shocked. Boasting a red face from a tough boxing workout, Page also revealed washboard abs that made it clear he spends a lot of time in the gym.
“I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train with @coachnol . He’s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport. Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life. If you’re in NYC and looking, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am. 🥊,” Page captioned the post, which showed the actor in the boxing ring with Nolan, who sparred with Page with pool noodles.

In the comments, followers, friends, and fans were blown away by Page’s ripped physique.
“I gotta unfreeze my gym account. EP, you are RIPPED,” actor Jerry O’Connell joked.

While Page has been putting in the work at the gym, the star has also been thriving personally. Page and girlfriendJulia Shiplett made their red carpet debut together at Gucci’s Spring Summer 2026 show as part of Milan Fashion Week, HELLO! reported.
Shiplett, who is best known for playing Mimi in Overcompensating, took to social media back in February to honor Page’s birthday with a sweet post.
