Genshin Impact‘s “Luna 7” (or 6.6) patch is coming soon, introducing Nicole, Lohen, and Prune as playable characters. This patch is packed with story, as we’ll finally be facing off against Dottore for a much-needed beatdown. As usual with a major update, Genshin Impact will be down for four or five hours, and it’ll return from maintenance with an update.

Make sure to burn your resin before maintenance starts, but consider only using just enough to not overcap on it, as the new battle pass will start when the new patch goes live.

What’s new in Genshin Impact version ‘Luna 7’ (6.6)?
In this version, we’re taking on Dottore as a boss finally, while regrouping with other familiar faces from the Sumeru arc like the Wanderer and Nahida. This patch also introduces Nicole, a Pyro Catalyst-user as a playable five-star character, alongside Lohen, a Cryo Polearm five-star character. This version also gets a new four-star character: Prune, an Anemo Catalyst-user.
There’ll also be a “Phantasmal Pals” event, where you can earn Primogems and a “Super Awesome Magic Key” weapon skin.
