The refinancing follows a $62 million renovation and conversion to the Grand Hyatt flag in 2024. The AAA Four Diamond property has 531 accommodations, including 449 guestrooms, 39 suites and 43 villas.

The resort has more than 88,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space. The villa collection includes private outdoor living areas and dedicated guest services.

The property is near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Empire Polo Club, El Paseo shopping district and PGA West, as well as residential communities in the Coachella Valley. Palm Springs International Airport is approximately 30 minutes from the resort.

The surrounding market includes leisure travel, corporate retreats, golf, tennis, music festivals, entertainment venues and seasonal residents. The resort also has access to drive-to markets including Los Angeles, San Diego and Phoenix.
