In Brief: Hilton has announced plans to introduce eight new luxury and lifestyle brands into new markets across Asia Pacific this year, with more than 15 additional openings in these segments planned for 2026.

Hilton will debut eight new luxury and lifestyle hotels in new markets across Asia Pacific this year, as part of a pipeline of more than 80 hotels in these categories in the region. The company currently operates more than 170 luxury and lifestyle hotels in the Asia-Pacific region and aims to exceed 250 in these segments in the coming years.
The upcoming brand debuts include the first NoMad hotel in Singapore and the first Signia by Hilton in Tainan, marking the Asia-Pacific debuts for both brands. With these additions, Hilton’s brand presence in Asia Pacific will reach 16 of its 27 brands. Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit will mark the brand’s entry into South East Asia. In South Asia, Slohh by Roach, Curio Collection by Hilton, and The Den Bengaluru, LXR Hotels & Resorts, will be the first properties under their respective brands in Bengaluru.
In Malaysia, Hilton will introduce two luxury brands in Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle District with Waldorf Astoria Kuala Lumpur and Conrad Kuala Lumpur, both scheduled to open by the end of 2026. In Vietnam, NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, Tapestry Collection by Hilton will bring the brand to a new market.
Hilton has also recently signed two LXR Hotels & Resorts properties in Tokyo and Hakone Gora, Japan, and a new Tapestry Collection by Hilton hotel in Chiang Mai. Additional signings this year include Waldorf Astoria Goa, Motto by Hilton Sydney City Centre, Conrad Ulaanbaatar, and an LXR Hotels & Resorts hotel in Gold Coast, Australia.
Other planned openings in the luxury and lifestyle categories this year include Conrad Nagoya in Japan, which will be directly connected to Sakae Subway Station. This follows the recent opening of Canopy by Hilton in Okinawa. In Thailand, Hilton will open Kahavadi Chiang Rai, Curio Collection by Hilton, and Nivata Koh Samui, Tapestry Collection by Hilton. In China, Xi Zhe Wuxi, Curio Collection by Hilton, will open, along with Shanghai Parkview Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in Yuqiao, Pudong.
Hilton’s expanded pipeline includes new and existing markets across gateway cities, urban centers, and leisure destinations in the region.
