  • HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026 Set for October

HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026 will take place Oct. 13-15, 2026 across 10 exhibition halls at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The exhibition is planned to cover 200,000 square meters and include more than 2,000 exhibitors and more than 150,000 professional buyers.

The event will include suppliers, manufacturers and professional buyers from the hospitality and foodservice sectors. It is intended to facilitate sourcing and supply chain connections in South China and other markets.

Shenzhen is located in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and connects China’s domestic market with international trade networks. The city’s foodservice market is expected to exceed RMB 200 billion in 2026. Shenzhen’s total import and export value reached RMB 1.82 trillion from January through April 2026, up 31% from the same period a year earlier.

The exhibition will cover coffee and tea; beverages; food ingredients; catering equipment; tableware; bakery and desserts; wine and spirits; private label and OEM; lifestyle products; and group catering solutions.

HOTELEX Shenzhen 2026 will be organized around four focus areas: Expanding Global Trade, Smart Procurement, Retail Innovation and Product Launches. The areas address international business connections, procurement, consumer channels and product introductions.

Business matchmaking activities are planned to connect suppliers with decision-makers from restaurants, hotels, cafés, beverage chains, retail channels and commercial catering companies. Procurement programs will include professional buyers from the Greater Bay Area, Southeast Asia and other international markets.

The exhibition will also include more than 20 industry events, including forums, competitions and networking activities addressing hospitality development, foodservice trends and industry exchange.
