Hyatt Place Tianjin South Railway Station is located in the Tianjin South Railway Station Business District within Perennial Healthcare City Tianjin. The hotel is part of an integrated development that includes healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial spaces. The development is described as China’s first high-speed rail Transit-Oriented Development integrating healthcare, rehabilitation, eldercare, and hotel offerings.
