IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Al Ameed Coffee to introduce its new premium collection brand, Noted Collection, to Jordan. Located in Amman, the 50-key hotel will offer a distinctive stay inspired by the country’s rich coffee culture.

Located on one of Amman’s key gateway corridors connecting the city to Queen Alia International Airport, the hotel brings this coffee-inspired concept to life across every floor. The first two floors will feature a thoughtfully designed coffee reserve and experience centre, creating an immersive food and beverage destination that celebrates the heritage, craftsmanship and rituals of coffee. This concept will extend throughout the hotel, with thoughtfully designed guestrooms and curated coffee-inspired moments woven into the guest journey. Situated within a rapidly developing corridor supported by growing residential communities, commercial activity and strong transport connectivity, the hotel is well positioned to meet increasing demand for distinctive premium lifestyle accommodation.

Recently launched as IHG’s 21st brand, Noted Collection brings together remarkable independent hotels each selected for their distinctive points of view and the conversations they spark. Individual by nature and defined by intrigue, every hotel is chosen for its character, strong sense of place and ability to inspire curiosity. More than a place to stay, each property is designed to become a conversation piece, offering guests experiences worth discovering, sharing and remembering.

Haitham Mattar, Managing Director, India, Middle East & Africa, IHG Hotels & Resorts, said: “Jordan continues to strengthen its position as a long-term growth market, underpinned by national tourism development priorities and an increasingly diverse visitor base. That spirit makes this future coffee-inspired hotel in Amman a natural fit for our Noted Collection brand. Rooted in the craft, culture and ritual of coffee, the hotel will offer a stay shaped by local heritage and designed to spark curiosity, connection and conversation.”

He added: “Noted Collection was created for owners of unique hotels with stories worth sharing – celebrating each property’s individuality and sense of place, while unlocking the full strength of IHG’s global enterprise platform, commercial systems and IHG One Rewards. Through our collaboration with Al Ameed Coffee, we are bringing together a homegrown Jordanian brand with deep cultural relevance and a hotel concept that is strongly rooted in place.”

Rooted in Jordan’s coffee culture for more than half a century, Al Ameed Coffee has built a distinctive Jordanian story around quality, craftsmanship and the shared ritual of coffee. That individuality makes it a natural fit for IHG’s Noted Collection brand, which brings together independent hotels with a clear point of view and experiences that reveal what is worth noticing. Inspired by Al Ameed Coffee’s heritage, the hotel will offer a premium stay designed to spark curiosity and conversation, backed by the reassurance and global reach of IHG.

Basel Daher, Managing Partner, Al Ameed Coffee, commented:“For more than five decades, Al Ameed Coffee has built its story around the craft and culture of coffee. This hotel is a natural evolution of that story, an opportunity to translate what we have created through coffee into a complete hospitality experience, rooted in Jordan and designed to be remembered.”

The signing further expands IHG’s presence in Jordan while introducing a new premium lifestyle offering shaped by local coffee traditions, thoughtful design, and meaningful moments. IHG currently has eight hotels operating across three brands in Jordan, including InterContinental Hotels and Resorts, Crowne Plaza, and Holiday Inn Resort.
