IHG Hotels & Resorts and Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited have partnered to develop The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort, including 111 units.
IHG Hotels & Resorts and Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited have announced a new residential project, The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort, located on Kamala Beach in Phuket, Thailand. The development will feature 111 residences, ranging from one-bedroom units starting at 59 square meters to five-bedroom penthouses up to 425 square meters.
The project is part of a collaboration between IHG and PROUD, marking their second branded residence initiative in Thailand. This follows the InterContinental Residences Hua Hin, which was previously developed by the same partnership.
The Residences at InterContinental Phuket Resort will be integrated with the existing InterContinental Phuket Resort, which has been recognized with a Two Michelin Keys award. The development will provide residents with access to various services and facilities, including:
- 24/7 concierge support
- Resident-only pools
- Entertainment and function spaces
- Access to Michelin-recognized restaurants
- Spa and yacht services
Additionally, selected residents will have access to IHG One Rewards membership benefits and PROUD privileges.
