INSPIRE 2026 Luxury Hotel Conference Set for December in Orlando

In Brief: The International Luxury Hotel Association announced that its INSPIRE 2026 conference will take place December 15–16, 2026, at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida, with Tina Edmundson of Marriott International and Carolyne Doyon of Club Med North America & Caribbean confirmed as headline speakers.

The International Luxury Hotel Association will hold its INSPIRE 2026 conference December 15–16, 2026, at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa in Orlando, Florida. The event is expected to draw 900 to 1,000 senior investors, developers, owners, and operators from the global luxury hospitality industry.

Tina Edmundson, President of Luxury at Marriott International, will be featured in a keynote interview with Hermann Elger, CEO of Forbes Travel Guide, discussing luxury hotel strategy, brand positioning, and evolving guest expectations. Carolyne Doyon, President & CEO of Club Med North America & Caribbean, will participate in a leadership fireside chat. Doyon has led Club Med North America & Caribbean to its highest revenue performance and expanded its premium positioning.

The conference agenda will address investment and development, artificial intelligence and technology, wellness and longevity, brand extension, sustainability, food and beverage strategy, marketing, workforce and talent, and the future of the luxury guest experience. Additional speakers and session details will be announced in the coming months.

The event will be preceded by the ILHA Board Meeting on December 14 and will conclude with the President’s Dinner on December 16, an invitation-only gathering for speakers, sponsors, and board members.
