In Brief: The International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) has delayed its Middle East Expo, now slated for April 2027, marking another significant shift in the industry’s event calendar.
IAAPA has postponed IAAPA Expo Middle East to 12 to 15 April 2027 following a decision by its Board of Directors and consultations with regional stakeholders.
IAAPA has postponed IAAPA Expo Middle East to 12 to 15 April 2027. The decision was made during a meeting of the IAAPA Board of Directors on 10 March 2026, following a review of developments in the Middle East region.
The resolution followed consultations with the IAAPA EMEA Regional Advisory Board, the IAAPA EMEA Manufacturers & Suppliers Committee, recommendations from the MENALAC Board of Directors, as well as exhibitors, speakers, and local members.
IAAPA stated that the safety and well-being of its members, exhibitors, visitors, partners, and stakeholders remain its highest priority. The association will communicate directly with exhibitors, sponsors, speakers, and registered attendees to provide updates on next steps.
The postponement affects the inaugural edition of IAAPA Expo Middle East. IAAPA will continue to support the attractions industry across the region and plans to bring together industry professionals at the rescheduled event.
