Lullaland has already captured the hearts of families in Winnipeg and Ottawa, and now, we’re bringing our one-of-a-kind sensory adventure classes to Calgary! This is your chance to be part of something fresh, exciting, and rapidly growing. Our immersive classes transforms playtime into unforgettable moments for babies, toddlers, and their grownups.

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and personable Assistant to support our sensory classes. This is an interactive, hands-on role—perfect for someone who enjoys performing, engaging with families, and working in a lively environment. The ideal candidate will share our enthusiasm for baby development and have the potential to grow into a Class Leader role in the future!

Key Responsibilities:

– Availability to work a minimum of 2 days a week (approx. 6-hour shifts).
– Support & Engage: Assist in creating a welcoming and joyful experience for families, greeting guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
– Set the Stage: Help with set-up, teardown, and resetting the room between classes, ensuring a tidy, sanitized, and organized environment.
– Interact & Inspire: Stimulate babies and toddlers using props like colorful scarves, parachutes, and bubbles while encouraging engagement.
– Perform & Entertain: A strong singing voice is a plus! The ideal candidate is comfortable leading songs and activities with energy and confidence.
– Be a Team Player: Support the Class Leader, follow cues, and contribute to a seamless class experience.
– Grow Into Leadership: Potential to progress into the Class Leader role, managing sessions with confidence, creativity, and charisma.

*** Nice to Have (not required): Ability to transport equipment before or after classes on occasion. This would require access to a large car or medium-sized SUV.
