The Client Services Administrator is the first and last point of contact for Fringe Theatre’s robust rental client portfolio. The Client Services Administrator supports the efficient administrative function of Fringe Theatre’s day-to-day client operations including communicating clearly and consistently with clients, checking availability inquiries, building invoices, overseeing client contracting, data entry, and client evaluations. This position works in tandem with the Director of Production while collaborating cross-departmentally with the Patron Services, Production, Development, and Finance departments. The Client Services Administrator’s hours of work will be completed on site and will be scheduled to support the operational needs of client events.

Job Description:
The Client Services Administrator is responsible for:
Provide exemplary customer service on behalf of Fringe Theatre through efficient and open communication with rental clients, Donors, and Staff;
Main point of contact for contracts, estimates, invoices, and client evaluations while delegating and coordinating client communications to all relevant departments;
Coordinate initial pre-production meetings to ensure client requests are being documented in Fringe Theatre systems and are approved by relevant Staff;
Distribute and compile client satisfaction surveys and evaluations;
Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, communicating solutions, and making recommendations for product or process improvements;
Support the Development department with Donor administration including updating relevant databases and systems;
Support the Executive Director with Board of Directors administration including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents; and
Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary and assigned by the Director of Engagement & Technology.
Qualifications:
Minimum one years’ experience in office or arts administration;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills;
Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and task management systems;
Familiarity with Point-of-Sales, financial management systems, and event tracking databases;
Stage management or live event producing experience is considered an asset;
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer service-oriented approach; and
Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment that responds to the evolving and innovative needs of a leading theatre arts company.
This is a full-time, permanent position that generally follows a Monday-Friday schedule. However, it is reasonably expected that the Client Services Administrator be available for some evenings and weekends to support client events.
