MGallery Collection announced the September 2026 opening of Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos, a 72-room property at the entrance of Vathy on the Greek island of Samos.
Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos is located in a coastal area at the entrance of Vathy Village, beside the Samos Wine Museum. The property faces the Aegean Sea and is set near the Ampelos mountains, with views of Vathy Bay and the surrounding hills.
The hotel has 72 rooms, including eight suites with private pools and terraces. It also includes a private beachfront area for hotel guests, with sunbeds and a beach bar serving light bites.
SWOT Hospitality Management will manage Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos. Stelios Zarbanis is identified as the hotel owner.
The property’s dining facilities include a sea-view à la carte restaurant and a mixology-focused pool bar. A wine cellar, Curvus, will offer tastings and food-and-wine pairings centered on Samos’ Muscat grape.
Nirema’s spa will offer treatments inspired by Samos’ natural elements. Other facilities include a fitness center and an outdoor pool overlooking the surrounding area.
The hotel will offer an M Moment experience called The Cup of Pythagoras – A Samian Wine Ritual. Hosted in Curvus, the experience will include local wines served in Cups of Pythagoras, which have a hidden siphoning mechanism. The tasting will include local honey, olives, herbs, nuts and seasonal fruits.
The property’s design concept draws from Samos’ landscapes, sacred sites, winemaking traditions and cultural heritage. Its name comes from a Samian dialect word meaning “dream.”
Nirema Hotel & Spa Samos joins Athens Capital Hotel – MGallery Collection, NIKO Seaside Resort Crete – MGallery Hotel Collection and Athens Capital Suites – MGallery Collection in Greece. Four additional MGallery hotels are in the pipeline in Greece, including properties in Chania and the wider Athens region.
