Nespresso is bringing the ultimate coffee pop-up to Vancouver and here’s what to expect

17 July 20263 Mins Read

The Coffee Room by Nespresso is a pop-up being rolled out across Canada this summer that invites each city to experience an exciting immersion into Nespresso’s coffee worlds. Through a social-club-style activation, The Coffee Room is designed to turn everyday coffee rituals into exploration and discovery.

Taking over 101–107 E 3rd Ave. from July 23 to 26, The Coffee Room by Nespresso invites visitors to rethink their at-home coffee corner and elevate the everyday rituals that make each coffee moment special. You can expect to check out the latest Nespresso innovations and machines alongside unique vintage finds, curated by Canadian-based curator, Le Centerpiece.

Here’s a closer look at what to expect.

 Unmatched experiences and coffee moments

Complete your coffee break by enjoying daily lineups of activities. Join a curator-led morning run, enjoy a book swap for great conversation, craft a custom tumbler charm, catch a live set by Felix Cartal, and more. This is a unique opportunity to get a taste of Nespresso IRL, with bold and expressive energy all around to spark your creativity.

The full schedule can be found by visiting the Nespresso website.

Limited-edition iced coffee creations

More of a social club than just a grab-and-go spot, you’ll be able to try new limited-edition Nespresso summer coffees through refreshing iced drink creations.

Featuring three fan-favourite summer blends, these signature iced beverages include Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice, Coconut Vanilla Over Ice, and the Nespresso x Oatly Barista Edition..

Want to recreate these refreshing drinks in your own kitchen? Here is everything you need to get started:

Yuzu and Vanilla Coffee Fizz

  1. Fill a glass with ice, leaving about a quarter of the glass empty.
  2. Add 2 pumps of yuzu purée.
  3. Pour in the soda until the glass is almost full.
  4. Extract one capsule of the Nespresso Yuzu Vanilla Over Ice blend on top.
  5. Add a slice of lemon and serve.

Toasted Coconut Iced Cloud Latte

  1. Add 2 pumps of coconut syrup and pour milk until the glass is a quarter full.
  2. Froth using the Nespresso Nanofoamer milk device until smooth and creamy for about 30 seconds.
  3. Fill a glass with ice, leaving about quarter of the glass empty.
  4. Extract one capsule of the Nespresso Coconut Vanilla Over Ice blend using the Creation mode.
  5. Top with toasted coconut flakes before serving.

Chilled Strawberry Double Espresso

  1. Fill a glass with ice, leaving about a quarter of the glass empty.
  2. Add 2 pumps of strawberry purée.
  3. Pour in the milk until the glass is almost full.
  4. Extract one capsule of Nespresso Oatly Barista Edition blend on top and serve.

Free (yes, you read that right) Nespresso tumblers

What’s more? Each day the first 50 visitors will receive a complimentary iced coffee tumbler —the perfect accessory to accompany summer days on-the-go.

So, whether you want to experience The Coffee Room by Nespresso, curated specifically for Vancouverites, or you’re on the hunt for your next favourite iced coffee recipe, this pop-up is sure to be one of Vancouver’s more unique summer events.
