Hyatt Hotels Corporation and Parks Hospitality Holdings have announced that Park Hyatt Riviera Maya and Grand Hyatt Los Cabos, both owned by Parks Hospitality Holdings, are expected to open in the second half of 2026. Both properties will offer all-inclusive experiences tailored to the Park Hyatt and Grand Hyatt brands.
Park Hyatt Riviera Maya is scheduled to open by the end of 2026 on Mexico’s Caribbean coastline between Cancún and Puerto Morelos, within the private AMAI enclave. The resort will feature 148 guestrooms and suites, including select accommodations with private pools and plunge pools, and a 2,300-square-foot penthouse. Amenities will include a beachfront pool with private cabanas, an open-air spa garden, daily wellness activities, and access to El Tinto Golf Course. The property will offer seven à la carte dining venues focused on Mexican cuisine and seafood, complemented by global influences, as well as indoor and outdoor event spaces.
Grand Hyatt Los Cabos is expected to open later in the year within the Oleada Pacific Living & Golf oceanfront community in Cabo San Lucas. The resort will offer 301 rooms, including 244 standard rooms, 57 suites and 42 swim-out rooms. Accommodation options will include one-bedroom suites and a 4,602-square-foot Presidential Suite. The property will provide more than 20,000 square feet of indoor meeting and event space, as well as outdoor garden venues. Culinary options will include five à la carte restaurants and five bar concepts, offering beachfront dining, rooftop cocktails, a market café, a steakhouse, pan-Asian and Italian cuisine, and a speakeasy.
Additional amenities at Grand Hyatt Los Cabos will include an 18-hole Ernie Els Design golf course, a fitness center, clubs for children and teenagers, pickleball courts, multiple ocean-view pools including adults-only and family-friendly options, a beachfront family pool, and a dedicated splash park. The spa will feature 12 private treatment cabins and wellness experiences inspired by Baja traditions, including hydrotherapy, steam and sauna rituals, and a traditional temazcal.
