PM Hotel Group Names Kirk Pederson Chief Operating Officer
PM Hotel Group has appointed Kirk Pederson as Chief Operating Officer. In this role, Pederson will oversee hotel operations and commercial strategy across the company’s portfolio, supporting revenue management, sales, marketing, and distribution, and reinforcing operational consistency and long-term asset value growth.
Pederson most recently served as President of Sightline Hospitality, a third-party management company. During his tenure, Sightline Hospitality expanded its management platform and deepened relationships with owners, leading to a merger with PM Hotel Group in 2024.
Previously, Pederson held senior acquisitions and asset management roles with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, Prime Property Fund, and other institutional investment vehicles. He has overseen more than $5 billion in hotel and resort assets in the United States and Mexico. Earlier in his career, he worked in development and asset management roles with American General Hospitality, MeriStar Hospitality Corp., and Interstate Hotels & Resorts.
