If all the spring foliage is getting you inspired and uplifting your spirits, just imagine what a couple of new plant babies might do for your space! This May, there are tons of local plant sales in the Metro Vancouver area to keep your eye out for if you’re hoping to bring home some new houseplants, or warm someone else’s home with a plant of their own.

The South Burnaby Garden Club is hosting its annual plant sale this Saturday, May 2, and you’ll find all kinds of perennial and annual plants, vegetables, herbs, and flowering bushes here. A week later, on Saturday, May 9, the New Westminster Horticultural Society will host its annual fundraiser and plant sale at St. Thomas More Collegiate. It’ll be cash only, and you’ll find a mix of shady and sunny perennials and vegetable seedlings, all available at below Garden Outlet prices.
