Simon Winchester has been named resort manager at Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort. He assumes the position after serving as executive assistant manager of food and beverage, a role in which he managed a program encompassing six dining venues, retail concepts, private dining experiences, and in-villa culinary programming since joining the resort in 2020.
Under Winchester’s leadership, Saltwood, one of the resort’s signature restaurants, received a Wine Spectator Restaurant Award for its wine program. Winchester brings more than twenty years of international food and beverage experience to his new role.
As resort manager, Winchester will oversee the day-to-day operations of Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort and work with the executive leadership team to further elevate guest experiences and operational excellence.
