Starbucks just unveiled its 2026 holiday menu featuring two festive new drinks, three new food items, a line of merch, and more.
On Monday, October 5, the coffee chain revealed new and returning menu items arriving in November ahead of the holiday season.

Starbucks 2026 Holiday Menu Release Date Is Just Around the Corner
“Holiday menu loading…” Starbucks teased in an Instagram video of a greeting card. “It’s tiiiiiiiiiiiime…” The card opened up to show the main lineup of drinks, along with the holiday menu release date: Nov. 5, 2026.

Tiramisu Velvet Hot and Iced Lattes & Cold Brew

“Inspired by the classic Italian dessert, this holiday brings the debut of the Tiramisu Velvet Latte,” Starbucks detailed in a news release. It’s available as a hot or iced latte and also as a Tiramisu Velvet Cold Brew. “Both drinks are topped with a velvet mascarpone cold foam and cocoa and coffee dusting,” the description added.
Apple Pomegranate Refresher
For those who are looking for a fruity pick-me-up without coffee, Starbucks will also offer a new Apple Pomegranate Refresher as part of its 2026 holiday menu. The drink features “crisp apple flavors and popping pomegranate-flavored pearls.
Snowy Apple Refresher
A variation on the Apple Pomegranate Refresher is the Snowy Apple Refresher, which is made with coconut milk.
Returning Holiday Favorite Drinks
Starbucks lovers can also look forward to the return of fan-favorite holiday drinks. They include the Peppermint Mocha, Caramel Brulée Latte, Sugar Cookie Latte, and Gingerbread Chai.
Starbucks Holiday Food Menu Items
Tasty new holiday treats and food items are also on their way at Starbucks in early November. They include the Bearista Cake Pop and two sandwiches: Braised Short Rib Grilled Cheese and the Turkey & Stuffing Sandwich, featuring a new recipe.
Additionally, returning food items include: the Cranberry Bliss Bar, Snowman Cookie, and Sugar Plum Cheese Danish.
New Holiday Merch Collections
On Nov. 6, new merch collections will drop at Starbucks. The Holiday Bearista collection will feature “Bearista-adorned drinkware, a plush keychain and coordinated accessories.” Meanwhile, the Holiday Village collection “celebrates Starbucks Seattle roots with festive keepsakes inspired by the original Pike Place store, and the festive Peppermint Mocha collection pairs retro charm with modern design across cold cups, tumblers, espresso cups.”
That’s not all! Starbucks’ Winter Wonderland collection will be released on Nov. 17. It features “cool-toned drinkware with whimsical details and wintry textures.”
Starbucks Red Cup Day
Although Starbucks hasn’t announced a date, as of writing, it confirmed the return of Red Cup Day. On this day, customers will receive a reusable holiday cup with the purchase of any handcrafted holiday beverage.
