These free job fairs are coming up in and around Vancouver this spring

Ready to make a career switch? Job fairs are a great way to get in front of hiring managers and speak directly about your experience and what you’re looking for. They take the pressure off of sending that perfect LinkedIn message, and instead hand you all the power in making a positive connection with someone who does what you’re interested in doing. And since most are completely free to attend, it costs you nothing to show up and see what’s out there!

Here are some job fairs to bookmark in Vancouver this spring.

Tons of career advancement opportunities await at this career fair and expo, hosted by Career Fair Canada next week. There will also be training exhibitors on-site to give you more information on the credentials and skills you can attain to put yourself ahead of the curve.

If you’re an immigrant with a background in health care, this is the hiring event for you. Health Expo ’26 connects attendees with health-care stakeholders, a Career Paths team, and top employers like Providence Health Care, Roots Community Health Centre, Alma Care, Optima Senior Living, and more.

Taking place from noon to 2 p.m., the event will feature a two-hour mini job fair and resource session as well as a resume/CV.

When: Tuesday, April 28, 2026
Time: Noon to 2 p.m.
Where: 777 Columbia St., New Westminster
Cost: $2 admission by donation

Also taking place at the Anvil Centre in New West is MOSAIC’s 14th Annual Job Fair, which brings together over 50 employers across dozens of industries, from business to IT, to hospitality. Over the past 13 years, more than 25,000 job seekers have found success at these job fairs, which means you’ve got a great shot of being the next successful applicant.

2026 exhibiting employers include WorkBC, FDU Vancouver, the City of Burnaby, ICBC, BC Housing, Stong’s, RBC, Vancouver Coastal Health, and many more.

When: Tuesday, May 12, 2026
Time: 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Where: 777 Columbia St., New Westminster
Cost: Free to register

This event offers newcomers to Canada the chance to access a variety of resources, including immigration consulting and settlement services like housing, banking, and phone/internet providers. Lawyers will be on-site to help them navigate the legal requirements of working in Canada and understand their rights.

When: Thursday, June 4, 2026
Time: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: 999 Canada Place, #300
Cost: Free admission

This job expo in Burnaby will allow attendees to explore new career pathways and gain valuable insights from on-site training exhibitors, including those with info on diplomas, certifications, and newcomer support services. If you don’t even know where to start when it comes to your job search, this is the place to be. There will be financial assistance info, HR recruiting tips, and even professional networking strategies available to put you right on track to achieving your dreams.

When: Saturday, June 27, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Where: 6688 Southoaks Cres., Burnaby
Cost: $2 admission by donation
