Walmart’s 'Excellent' Patio Umbrella Offers 'Incredible Coverage,' and It’s on Sale for $100 Right Now

If your backyard attracts a lot of sunshine, and you’re prone to sunburn and overheating, then  you’ll probably want some shade to keep you cool. Luckily, patio umbrellas are the easiest way to stay comfortable this season, and they’re selling at Walmart right now at incredible prices, along with tons of other outdoor furniture. The Alpha Joy Extra Large Outdoor Patio Umbrella is just over 41% off, and you should add it to your cart.

The umbrella originally cost $170,  but has been reduced to $100 in the beige, blue, gray, and burnt orange colorway. The piece is being sold in 12 colors total, with the rest of the hues priced at $130. It’s 7.2 feet tall and weighs 23.5 pounds when assembled. The fabric is made of 100% polyester with an alloy steel pole that’s fade-, rust- and UV-resistant. We just recommended storing it indoors or keeping it closed during inclement weather.

Make sure to shop for it while you can, as shoppers described the umbrella to be “excellent,” “vivid,” “well-made,” and “beautifully sewn.” Another customer wrote that “it offers incredible coverage” and makes for a “comfortable” spot to work or lounge in.

One shopper advised investing in a base or something like large cement blocks to keep it secure during strong winds. “When it is up it provides enough shade to cover our 12-foot by 12-foot deck,” another reviewer said. The beauty of this umbrella is that you have a range of colors to choose from, so you can use it as a pop of color or an accent piece to minimalist decor.
