Walmart’s ‘Sturdy’ $157 Patio Set Is ‘Great for a Smaller Space’ and Comes In 8 Colors

It’s officially sit-outside-and-sip-your-favorite-drink weather, so if you’ve been wanting to upgrade your patio furniture, now is a good time to do it before summer really settles in. Right now, the Costway 3-Piece Patio Bistro Set is on sale at Walmart for $157 in the orange colorway, down from $490. It also comes in seven other colors, including beige, black, gray, navy, off-white, red, and turquoise, at varying discounts.

You get two cushioned chairs and a matching table, making it easy to add some life to an empty patio with a single purchase. Each chair measures 26.5 inches by 26.5 inches by 30 inches, and the table measures 19.5 inches by 19.5 inches by 19.5 inches. The chairs are made with a steel frame, plastic rattan wicker, polyester fabric, and sponge cushions. Each one can hold up to 395 pounds, while the table has a tempered glass top and a 165-pound weight capacity.

The chairs have slightly sloped backrests for added comfort, thick seat cushions, and back cushions, so they’re definitely cozier than a folding chair setup. The table is also a very manageable size, which is helpful if you want somewhere to set drinks without taking up much room. Plus, the seat cushion covers have zippers, too, so cleaning them is a breeze, which is especially important once sunscreen, chlorine, and pollen are involved. 

Shoppers have called the set “very cute” and the “perfect size.” One person said it offers a more “expensive look,” noting, “It was super easy to assemble and great for a smaller space,” while another said it was “very sturdy and comfortable to sit on.”
