ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

A domestic issue may be causing you a bit of trouble but it is not nearly as bad as you think it is, so calm down and try to be positive. The planets suggest that the less attention you pay to it the quicker the situation will resolve itself.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

You need to be careful with money now because Uranus in the financial area of your chart could twist your head and make you believe you are richer than you think you are. Make essential purchases only your mantra for the weekend.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

Mars and Uranus in your sign make you eager to get moving and make things happen but other influences warn it might be wise not to take risks. Also, make sure you check what other people tell you, because they may be telling lies.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

Even the most half-hearted of efforts will yield amazing results this weekend, so think what a full-blooded commitment to excellence might accomplish. Others may say you think too much of your own abilities but most likely you don’t think enough of them.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

Partners and loved ones have been rather demanding of late but now the effects of the full moon have faded it should be easier to find common ground. One area where you should be working closer together is on social issues you feel strongly about.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

You seem to believe you have powerful enemies, and it may be true, but try not to be too defensive over the next 48 hours. If you give everyone you meet the impression that you don’t trust them you may end up with no friends at all!

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

You won’t take kindly to criticism this weekend but if you are smart you will listen to what friends and work colleagues have to say. It could be they can see errors that you are too close too and therefore have managed to overlook.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

It may seem as if a rival has got the upper hand, and maybe they have, but you possess something they do not - a determination to keep fighting until the very end. At some stage this weekend they will lose heart and admit defeat.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

If you rush around trying to get 50 things done at once this weekend you could end up getting nothing done at all. Focus on one major task at a time and don’t move on to the next one until it is finished. Less means more!

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

The more a friend or workmate tries to convince you that their latest big idea is a surefire money-spinner the more you should look into it before agreeing to get involved. You don’t want your hard-earned cash spinning away from you!

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

You can complain about someone’s reckless behaviour until you are blue in the face but it won’t make any difference. They are on a course they have no intention of changing and all you can do is stay out of their way - and help pick up the pieces.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Someone who enjoys being controversial will wind you up a bit this weekend, but if you are smart you will pretend that their words and actions mean nothing to you. The best way to deal with stupidity is to refuse to encourage it.
