IF TODAY IS YOUR BIRTHDAY

What is your next big goal going to be? No doubt you have a few ideas but as mind planet Mercury turns retrograde on your birthday maybe you should stick with an old goal that for some reason you never quite reached. It still has massive potential.

ARIES (March 21 – April 20):

You may believe that you have thought of everything but could there be something important you have overlooked? Mercury’s retrograde phase begins today, which means you must check every last detail. Some things may not be what they seem.

TAURUS (April 21 – May 21):

A friend or co-worker will tell you exactly what you want to hear today, but as it is so exact you should be suspicious. The planets warn they could be playing games with you, either for selfish reasons or just for the fun of it.

GEMINI (May 22 – June 21):

You should know better than to be taken in by someone who has let you down before, so don’t be fooled by their promises that this time you can trust them. With Mercury, your ruler, about to move retrograde the only person you can trust is yourself.

CANCER (June 22 – July 23):

If you find yourself faced by a situation where you will win big if you make the right choice but lose big if you get it wrong maybe you should make no choice at all. The fact is no one has the power to force you to choose.

LEO (July 24 – Aug. 23):

You need to pay closer attention to business matters that involve other people. If you allow your mind to wander today you could find that when you wake up tomorrow you are considerably poorer. Trust is a trait you cannot afford.

VIRGO (Aug. 24 – Sept. 23):

It will pay you to be more flexible when dealing with people in partnership and group situations. You may think you know better than they do, and maybe you’re right, but they still have the power to scupper your plans, so humour them.

LIBRA (Sept. 24 – Oct. 23):

Don’t waste your time trying to explain to lesser minds what you are trying to do and why it is important. Most likely they won’t understand and even if they do they won’t like it. You don’t need their support, so move ahead without them.

SCORPIO (Oct. 24 – Nov. 22):

You have been remarkably productive of late but there is a danger today that you could waste your time on something that adds nothing to your long-term goals. Be selective in what you choose to work on. Or don’t work at all and take the day off.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 23 – Dec. 21):

Mercury begins its retrograde phase in the family area of your chart this evening, so listen carefully to what loved ones say and try to divine the real meaning behind their carefully chosen phrases. In other words, what are they trying to hide?

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22 – Jan. 20):

You may be tempted to ignore a problem that has caused you more than a few sleepless nights, and on this occasion that might be the best thing to do. As Mercury will be moving retrograde over the next few weeks ignorance may even be bliss.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 21 – Feb. 19):

The more someone tries to persuade you to part with your hard-earned cash the more suspicious you should be. They may not be trying to cheat you as such but they could be in over their heads and are hoping to spread the risk.

PISCES (Feb. 20 – Mar. 20):

Sometimes in life it is better to sit back and watch the passing parade rather than take part yourself, and this is one of those occasions. You have nothing to prove, either to yourself or to other people, so relax and enjoy the show.
