2000s Rock Band Announces North American Tour After Releasing First Album in 5 Years

The Cribs are off to a strong start in 2026. The long wait is over for fans as the indie rock band announces its North America tour.

Following the release of their new album Selling a Vibe, the British musicians are set to perform a string of shows in major cities across the United States and Canada.

The exciting news was shared on their official Instagram, along with the tour dates and locations for the much-awaited performances.

The Cribs Live in North America 2026 will feature 12 stops, kicking things off in California on April 23, followed by two more nights in the same city before heading to Portland, Oregon and concluding in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

“NORTH AMERICAN TOUR APRIL-MAY 2026! We will be bringing our ‘Selling A Vibe’ tour to North America starting April 23rd. This will include the rescheduled Toronto, New York and Boston shows – all tickets still valid,” the caption reads.

The update sparked a wave of anticipation from fans, especially those who had missed seeing the band on stage for years.

“Yooooo, I haven’t seen you guys in ages! I’m sooooooo excited!!” one wrote.

“CANNOT WAIT FOR THE PORTLAND SHOW!” a follower noted.

“Yesssss!! You’re finally coming back to Detroit!” a commenter added.

“Thank you for doing this . We need some good music right now,” a fan wrote.

The Cribs North America 2026 Tour Dates:

April 23 Santa Ana, CA – Constellation Room

April 24 Los Angeles, CA – Echoplex

April 25 San Francisco, CA – Popscene @ Brick & Mortar

April 28 Portland, OR – Mississippi Studios

April 29 Seattle, WA – Sunset

June 2 Minneapolis, MN – 7th Street Entry

June 3 Milwaukee, WI – Cactus Club

June 5 Chicago, IL – Empty Bottle

June 6 Detroit, MI – El Club

June 7 Toronto, ON – Lee’s Palace

June 9 Brooklyn, NY – Warsaw

June 10 Cambridge, MA – The Sinclair

In addition to the North America tour, The Cribs are also gearing up for their UK tour, scheduled for March and July.

The tour is in support of their ninth studio album. Selling a Vibe was released on Jan. 6, their first in five years.

The band also released its first single, “Never The Same,” which was originally written for former One Direction member Louis Tomlinson.

“We wrote ‘Never The Same’ the evening that we returned home from Italy, after playing Louis Tomlinson’s Away From Home festival,” singer and bassist Gary Jarman mentioned in an interview as cited by NME.
