Six Senses has opened reservations for Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, with stays available from September 1, 2026. The resort is located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah and will feature 61 suites and 172 privately-owned branded residences.

Architecture and interiors are designed by Cape Town–based firm SAOTA, incorporating regional building traditions and using materials such as stone and timber. Suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows, private terraces, and some include private pools. The property includes planted courtyards, shaded gardens, and pathways leading to a private beach, with water features and open circulation areas throughout.

The resort will offer a 60,000-square-foot spa and wellness facilities, including a Longevity Clinic, hydrotherapy areas, biohacking experiences, an Alchemy Bar, and spaces for yoga and meditation. Wellness services are provided by in-house experts and Visiting Practitioners.

Dining will be available across four venues, with menus based on seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients, supported by relationships with regional farmers, fishermen, and suppliers.

Developed in collaboration with MAB Environmental Consultancy, Six Senses The Palm, Dubai targets LEED certification and complies with Dubai’s EHS Green Building Code for energy and water efficiency, material choices, and indoor environments. The resort includes Earth Lab, which offers workshops on sustainability practices, and a Sustainability Fund that supports community projects.

Experiences at the resort focus on wellness, marine exploration, and family activities. The Grow With Six Senses program is available for families, incorporating six dimensions of wellness: social, environmental, physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual.

Residential options include Penthouses, Royal Penthouses, duplex Sky Villas, and nine five-bedroom beachfront Signature Villas, with owners receiving access to a full-service team and additional privileges. Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is the first of two planned residential developments for the brand in Dubai, with Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina scheduled to open in 2028.

Six Senses The Palm, Dubai is approximately 35 minutes from Dubai International Airport (DXB) and 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC), with private transfers available by land or sea.
