Beaches Resorts has officially opened Treasure Beach Village at Beaches Turks and Caicos, a US $150 million expansion on the west end of the resort’s property along Grace Bay Beach. Treasure Beach Village adds 101 multi-bedroom suites and several new dining concepts.

Accommodations include the oceanfront CrystalSky 4-Bedroom Reserve Villas, spanning more than 2,600 square feet over three stories and designed for up to 10 guests, featuring private pools and rooftop decks with telescopes. The Chairman’s Penthouse Suite covers more than 2,800 square feet over two stories, accommodates up to 10 guests in three bedrooms, and includes a staircase connecting its living spaces. Additional room categories include Oceanview Two-Story Suites with two- and three-bedroom layouts, as well as Oceanview and Penthouse Concierge Suites that accommodate up to six guests with two bedrooms, expansive baths, and bunk beds.

The village features a 15,000-square-foot lagoon-style pool with three whirlpools, a waterslide, a splash zone for children, and a swim-up bar. Calypso Cones, a poolside snow cone venue, is located nearby. The lobby includes a sculptural conch installation by local artisan Stanford Handfield.

Pinta Food Hall introduces four culinary stations featuring tacos, Asian stir-fries, Italian dishes, and an à la carte grill, as well as a live churro station. BRÜ Coffee Bar serves Blue Mountain coffee during the day and transitions to a cocktail bar at night.

Treasure Beach Village also introduces the brand’s first Starfish Cinema, a 32-seat theater for daytime sitcoms and family movie nights, with popcorn and refreshments. Guests at Treasure Beach Village have access to 28 additional dining options, the 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Water Park, unlimited land and water sports, daily entertainment, and Kids Camps.

Rates at Treasure Beach Village start at $1,060 per person, per night, with children’s rates from $47 per child, per night. A Treasure Beach Grand Opening Offer is available, providing up to $500 in instant credits on select stays, bookable through May 31, 2026, for anytime travel.
