And just like that, the May long weekend is only a few days away. Of course, we’re excited for an extra day of doing absolutely nothing or cramming in every plan we can make in a day. But before we plan it, it’s important to know what’s open and closed on Victoria Day in Toronto.

Though several businesses will be closed on Monday, May 18, most attractions will be operating as normal. Check out this list of what’s open and closed on Victoria Day 2026 in the city.
