Crescent Hotels & Resorts has promoted Kristi Kastrounis to senior vice president of digital marketing.
Kastrounis will lead Crescent’s corporate marketing team and strategy across the company’s portfolio of more than 120 hotels. Her responsibilities will include digital marketing, e-commerce, brand positioning and commercial marketing initiatives for Crescent’s owners and hotels.
Since joining Crescent, Kastrounis has contributed to the company’s marketing strategy and digital performance across its portfolio.
Before joining Crescent, Kastrounis spent nearly two decades in digital marketing and hospitality e-commerce. She held leadership roles at Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Aimbridge Hospitality and Hilton.
At Hilton, Kastrounis worked with the company’s largest management companies and ownership groups on commercial performance and digital strategy. She also advised brand-level initiatives.
Kastrounis serves on HSMAI’s Marketing Advisory Board and volunteers with HSMAI’s Rising Leaders Council, where she mentors the next generation of hospitality marketing talent.
