Bishop-McCann has appointed Justin Myers to the newly created role of vice president of marketing, industry and partner relations and added Dave Eckberg and Merissa Winter to its Executive Leadership Team.

Myers will oversee marketing and brand strategy, strategic partnerships and industry engagement. His responsibilities include positioning the company’s proprietary JOY Index and working with industry associations, destination marketing organizations, hotels, destination management companies, event technology providers and other event partners.

The position combines responsibility for brand strategy, partner relationships and industry engagement under one leader. Myers will identify potential partners, manage preferred partner relationships and represent Bishop-McCann at industry events and on boards.

Eckberg, head of client experience, and Winter, director of client development, will join the Executive Leadership Team.

Eckberg oversees existing client relationships and growth strategy. Winter leads new client development. Their additions bring client relationship management and new client development into executive decision-making.

Bishop-McCann provides meeting, incentive and event services, including logistics, production, sourcing, air travel, event technology and gifting.
