Casa Verbena Madrid, Outset Collection by Hilton, has opened as Europe’s first Outset Collection by Hilton hotel, with 45 rooms on Calle de Preciados in central Madrid.
Casa Verbena Madrid is located on Calle de Preciados in the Spanish capital. The hotel’s name references the Spanish verbena, a neighborhood celebration centered on food, music and shared traditions.
The property draws on costumbrismo, a Spanish artistic tradition depicting local customs, characters and daily rituals, and references Madrid’s cafés, streets and squares.
Madrid-born designer Lorenzo Castillo designed the hotel’s interiors, which include costumbrismo-inspired artwork, warm materials, fluted glass, brass finishes and layered textures referencing Madrid’s architectural and cultural heritage.
Many guest rooms face Preciados Street and its Madrid façades. Preciados Rooms include terraces with views across the city’s rooftops and toward the Royal Palace.
The hotel serves a Madrileño breakfast in its dining room, including churros inspired by Madrid’s churrería culture, pan con tomate with Iberian ham, Spanish tortilla, locally roasted coffee and freshly squeezed juice.
Casa Verbena Madrid worked with a local artist to create “Our Madrid,” a seasonal illustrated guide for guests. The guide includes recommendations for cafés, shops, bars and neighborhood addresses.
Guests can access the Hilton Honors loyalty program, including booking through Hilton’s direct channels, earning and redeeming Hilton Honors Points, and using member benefits.
Outset Collection by Hilton has more than 100 hotels under development globally.
