Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort will introduce five food and beverage concepts when it welcomes guests in January 2027 following a property-wide transformation.
Signia Hilton Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Florida, will add Spoonbill, Solfina Bar and Terrace, Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria, Cocoplum Pool Bar and Flipside Beach Bar as part of its reopening in January 2027.
The property-wide transformation includes all 474 guest accommodations, dining, wellness and gathering spaces. Chef Asif Syed, the resort’s director of culinary, will lead the food-and-beverage program.
Spoonbill will operate as a lobby-level café and marketplace from morning through evening. Its offerings will include pastries made in-house, sandwiches, salads, fresh-pressed juices and wellness-focused items. The café will also serve ice cream and affogatos at night and offer retail items.
Solfina Bar and Terrace will be an indoor-outdoor venue with a menu drawing from Mediterranean flavors, including Neapolitan pizzas, crudo and shareable plates. The beverage menu will include Negronis, spritzes and other classic cocktails. The venue will have communal and individual seating.
Vicolo Social Club and Trattoria will serve house-made pastas and steaks with tableside service. Its bar will offer martinis and cocktails. The concept is described as a modern Italian social club and trattoria.
Cocoplum Pool Bar will operate from an open-concept kitchen and bar on the pool deck. Its menu will include burgers, fresh salads, frozen cocktails, wines and champagne.
Flipside Beach Bar, located near the Gulf, will operate as a fast-casual beachfront venue. The menu will include smash burgers, fries, sandwiches, frozen drinks, beer buckets and canned cocktails. Guests can take food and drinks to Clam Pass Beach.
