Wyndham Hotels & Resorts opened Vienna House by Wyndham Istanbul Bahçelievler under a franchise agreement with ARES İstanbul Turizm. The opening introduces Vienna House as Wyndham’s 12th brand in Türkiye.
The 114-room hotel is on Istanbul’s European side, near Istanbul Airport, the Istanbul Expo Centre and the business and commercial districts surrounding the Basin Ekspres corridor. Accommodations include Superior and Deluxe Rooms, Junior Suites, two accessible rooms and 65-square-meter Vienna Suites with separate living areas.
Facilities include a meeting room for up to 30 guests, a fitness center and a spa with a Turkish bath, sauna, steam room and seven treatment rooms. The Vienna Restaurant serves international cuisine and accommodates up to 130 guests.
Wyndham operates approximately 140 hotels under its brands in Türkiye, including more than 40 in Istanbul, and has approximately 40 additional properties in development across the country.
ARES İstanbul Turizm entered a franchise relationship with Wyndham in 2019, opening La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Güneşli, the first La Quinta hotel to open outside the Americas. ARES İstanbul Turizm also owns and operates Days Inn by Wyndham Istanbul Bomonti.
The Vienna House portfolio includes hotels in Europe, including properties in Berlin and Amsterdam, as well as secondary destinations. The brand recently expanded beyond Europe by opening a property in Vietnam.
