KHOI NGUYEN Investment Holdings inaugurated the 113-room Amérys Hotel Phu Quoc in the Marina Square Complex in Duong Bao, Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

The hotel is managed by Private Palace Hotels & Resorts and aims to attract international family travel. Its accommodations include standard rooms, multi-bedroom spaces and the Grand Family Presidential Suite.

Rooms include connecting-door systems that allow extended families to combine adjoining rooms while maintaining separate spaces for guests.

Raymond Architectural Design Office designed the property. The hotel’s “Ocean Warmth” design includes open-air atriums, interior lines, natural light and sea breezes. Materials include wood elements and structural acoustics intended to reduce external noise in sleeping areas.

The Azuria Kids’ Club covers 500 square meters and is fully air-conditioned. It is the largest children’s club in Phu Quoc’s luxury segment and offers creative, sensory and culturally grounded activities.

KNI Group plans to introduce summer camp collaborations with Ardingly College Vietnam. The programs would bring the school’s Pastoral Care framework to the hotel.

For senior guests, the hotel has an arrangement with Genki House involving non-drug therapies, traditional medicine consultations and physical recovery regimens. Les Sens Spa includes hot and cold sauna therapies, steam baths and a Japanese Ganban Hot Stone Therapy room using volcanic stone slabs.

CAYA Restaurant offers customizable family menus, including low-sodium dishes for seniors, locally caught seafood and organic options for children. The hotel also includes Ora Lounge, a sports bar and a musical tea room.
