Huff, Niehaus & Associates, Inc., a hospitality real estate brokerage specializing exclusively in hotel investment properties and a member of Hotel Brokers International, has arranged the $19.1 million sale of two hotels in London, Kentucky: the Hampton Inn London-North and the Fairfield Inn & Suites London.
The sale closed on October 27, 2026. H. Brandt Niehaus, President and Principal Broker of Huff, Niehaus & Associates, exclusively represented the sellers, Big Blue Enterprises LLC and Kentucky Hoteliers LLC, and procured the buyers, London Hospitality LLC, which acquired the Hampton Inn London-North, and Laurel Hospitality LLC, which acquired the Fairfield Inn & Suites London. Both buyers plan to continue operating the hotels under their current flags, with Sapphire Hospitality managing them.
“Well-maintained, nationally branded select-service hotels like these are in strong demand, and this sale reflects investors’ continued confidence in the Hilton and Marriott flags,” said Niehaus. “The investment group knows the London market plus have hotels from Maryland to Tennessee. More broadly, buyers continue to be drawn to secondary and tertiary markets across Kentucky for their stable demand, efficient operations, and long-term potential. We expect that interest to continue.”
The transaction adds to the reputation of Huff, Niehaus & Associates as one of the region’s most experienced hotel brokerage firms. Now in its 51st year, the company has focused solely on hospitality real estate since 1975 and has completed more than $1 billion in transactions involving independent hotels, nationally branded properties, and multi-property portfolios.
