A Calgary warehouse sale is offering up to 85% off clothing this weekend

10 September 20263 Mins Read

Calgary’s 27 Boutique is clearing out its racks this weekend, and some of the discounts are too good to ignore. The two-day warehouse sale runs Saturday, Sept. 12, and Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026, with everything from denim and dresses to jackets, shoes, and handbags available while supplies last.

Styles from all seasons will be included, so you truly never know what you’re going to find on the rack.

Now let’s take a look at everything you need to know about the sale, including when to go, how much tickets cost, and what you can expect to find.

What to expect at 27 Boutique’s Warehouse Sale

What is 27 Boutique?

27 Boutique is a Calgary clothing boutique located in the downtown area. The store offers clothing, shoes and accessories from a curated selection of brands, with styles ranging from everyday pieces to trendier looks. The boutique first opened its doors in 2012 and has since become a popular destination for people who love fashion-forward pieces.

Alongside the clothing, the boutique also offers personal style appointments, colour analysis sessions, and private shopping parties.

What can I expect to see at the warehouse sale?

According to organizers, the warehouse sale will have clothing and accessories from all seasons, including dresses, knits, denim, handbags, and shoes. Items will be marked down by 50 to 85 per cent, so if you’ve been wanting to add a few new pieces to your fall wardrobe, now’s the time to do it!

The selection will be priced to clear, so what’s available will depend on what shoppers pick up throughout the weekend. If you’re looking for a particular size or style, 27 Boutique recommends arriving early for the best selection.

You can also expect a separate closet sale featuring never-worn or lightly worn pieces from a variety of brands.

Can I try on clothing items while I’m there?

It’s important to note that there won’t be any change rooms available at the sale. 27 Boutique recommends wearing leggings and a tank top or T-shirt underneath your outfit so you can try on pieces while you’re shopping.

Also keep in mind that all purchases are final sale, with no exceptions.

Where is the warehouse sale?

The sale will take place at the TradeSpace Warehouse in southeast Calgary. Enter the main reception area and follow the signs into the space. Free parking is available in the building lot and on the street next to the building.

Is this a ticketed event?

Tickets are required for the 27 Boutique Warehouse Sale. On Saturday, tickets cost $10 for the 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon entry times, while tickets for noon to 4 p.m. cost $5. On Sunday, general admission is complimentary from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online through 27 Boutique’s official website.

When: Saturday, Sept. 12 and Sunday, Sept. 13, 2026
Time: Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Sunday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where: Tradespace Warehouse – 4030 8th St. SE, Calgary, Alta.
Cost: $10 per person on Saturday, Free on Sunday
