A fitness pop-up is coming to Edmonton with a bunch of Halloween-themed classes

15 September 20263 Mins Read

Graveyard Fitness Club is a one-day fitness pop-up event that’s combining the fall season and workout classes to bring Edmonton a whole new Halloween-themed experience.

Throughout the day on Sunday, Sept. 27, guests aged 18 and above will be invited to join in on the spooky fitness madness being led by experienced local instructors.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a huge workout guru or someone just looking to get a sweat in; this spooky club is welcoming all experience levels for an exciting fitness event this month. With classes ranging from Zumba to strength and conditioning, there are a whole lot of options for those looking to get their blood pumping during the fall.

What to expect at the Graveyard Fitness Club

There are a total of five classes going on throughout the day:

  • Zombie Zumba at 11 a.m.
  •  One Wish Workout at 1 p.m.
    • A full-body bootcamp that will challenge your strength, endurance, and determination.
  • Final Girl Conditioning at 3 p.m.
    • A functional strength and conditioning course that works on building power, agility, and endurance.
  • Pilates from the Crypt at 5 p.m.
    • If you want to strengthen your core, improve mobility, and build stability, this will be the class for you.
  • Haunted Yoga at 7 p.m.
    • Finish off the evening with an intimate, eerie candlelit yoga flow.

According to the pop-up’s Eventbrite, participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga or exercise mat, as well as a water bottle and comfortable workout attire (though costumes and spooky attire are encouraged). For those who don’t have a mat, there will be a limited number of mats available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.

After you’re done with your workout or between classes, you’ll be invited to stick around and enjoy the Halloween atmosphere. This experience will offer themed cocktails, mocktails, and specialty coffee from its licensed bar, and guests can take a sip and roam around the area to take photos or connect with fellow attendees.

Tickets are available online for each class. As of Tuesday, Sept. 15, tickets cost $26 plus fees with the early bird discount, and $40.54 with no discount added.

If you’re looking for a fitness experience that brings in all the fun of the season, you’ve found it. Snag your tickets, grab your friends, and get ready for a new take on Halloween experiences.

When: Sunday, Sept. 27, 2026
Time: 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Where: The Creative Hive — 16819 111th Ave. NW, Edmonton, Alta.
Cost: $26 plus fees (per class, with early bird discount) or $40.54 (per class, no early bird discount)
