JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group arranged refinancing for the AC Hotel Vancouver Waterfront, a 150-key, seven-story property in Vancouver, Washington.
JLL worked for borrower Vesta Hospitality to secure a three-year loan with two one-year extension options. The JLL team was led by Managing Director Adrienne Andrews and Analyst Jessica Mehra.
The property opened in June 2022 and was developed by Vesta Hospitality. It was the first completed project within the Port of Vancouver USA’s Terminal 1 waterfront redevelopment.
The hotel operates on a ground lease with the Port of Vancouver USA and is located along the Columbia River waterfront within a Qualified Opportunity Zone. The Marriott-branded property has 150 guestrooms and 11,720 square feet of meeting space.
Amenities include an outdoor deck, structured parking, a fitness center, spa and wellness facilities, and Ondus, a Pacific Northwest Mediterranean restaurant that opened in 2025.
Vesta Hospitality self-manages the hotel.
The property is within Terminal 1, which includes office, hospitality, residential, retail and public gathering spaces. The hotel has access to Interstate 5 and is near downtown Portland, Portland International Airport and regional attractions.
The surrounding area includes office developments and public waterfront improvements, along with planned retail and entertainment destinations.
