What to expect at Stars on Ice
What is Stars on Ice?
Stars on Ice is a touring figure skating show featuring Olympic, world and national champions. The show travels across the country each year, showcasing some of the sport’s top athletes through performances and group routines.
This December, the tour is returning with a holiday edition, and Calgary is one of the stops on the schedule.
Who is performing at Stars on Ice?
Canadian ice dance duo Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier will headline the show. The pair are five-time Canadian champions and five-time world medallists, and recently won bronze at the 2026 Winter Olympics.
The duo will be joined by Kaetlyn Osmond, who won Olympic gold in the team event and silver in women’s singles at the 2018 PyeongChang Games before claiming the world title that same year.
The lineup also includes two-time Olympian Keegan Messing, two-time Canadian champion Roman Sadovsky, along with Japan’s Satoko Miyahara, a two-time world medallist and four-time national champion.
The international cast also features American skaters Gracie Gold and Jeremy Abbott, along with Ekaterina Gordeeva, a two-time Olympic gold medallist in pairs skating.
When is Stars on Ice coming to Calgary?
The Stars on Ice Holiday Tour will make its Calgary stop on Sunday, Dec. 13, 2026, at 4 p.m. and will be held at the WinSport Event Centre located in southwest Calgary.
How much are tickets?
Tickets for the Calgary show start at $79.20 and are available through Ticketmaster.
Planning to go with a group? A $5 discount per ticket is available when you purchase 10 or more tickets, but floor seats are excluded from this offer.
Stars on Ice is also offering $60 meet-and-greet passes, which let you meet the entire cast after the performance.
