Aleph Hospitality has signed a hotel management agreement with Serene Tower PVT Ltd for the Crowne Plaza Multan, an IHG-branded franchise hotel in Multan, Pakistan. The hotel is scheduled to open in 2028 and will mark the debut of the Crowne Plaza brand in Multan. The property will be located within the Serene Tower development, a mixed-use project in the DHA Multan community along Main Jinnah Avenue.
The Crowne Plaza Multan will feature 200 rooms and will be part of a high-end mixed-use development. Planned amenities include a helipad, access to a PGA-approved championship-level golf course, modern guest rooms, all-day dining venues, flexible meeting spaces, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool.
The agreement is between Aleph Hospitality and Serene Tower PVT Ltd, which is owned by Nawaz Group of Companies. The hotel will operate as an IHG franchise under the Crowne Plaza brand.
Aleph Hospitality’s portfolio includes 80 hotels, with more than 50 operating and over 30 in the pipeline across the Middle East and Africa.
