There is no shortage of holiday cheer across Walt Disney World once November rolls around, between the giant gingerbread displays in the resort lobbies, the snoap fluttering down Main Street, U.S.A., and dazzling nighttime castle projections. But for theme park fans who plan their vacation around adrenaline rushes and iconic earworms, there is nothing quite like a high-energy “song ride”—where blasting through an indoor launch or spinning across a dance floor is perfectly timed to a pulsing musical beat.
If you love the thrill of hearing your favorite tracks blare through on-ride speakers, your next trip to the parks comes with a major seasonal bonus. Starting this November, Disney is officially giving three of its most beloved music-driven attractions across Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT festive holiday soundtrack overlays.

Leading the charge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the newly reimagined Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets, which is embracing the holiday rush with an aptly named “Obligatory Holiday Overlay” running from November 4, 2026, through January 6, 2027.
The festive takeover begins outside the G-Force Records studio with seasonal tunes filling the courtyard guitar marquee, followed by an updated studio pre-show featuring Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem “deep in rehearsals for their holiday spectacular.” Once you strap into your super-stretch limo, the coaster’s audio will pump out one of four brand-new holiday tracks: “Little Saint Nick” by The Electric Mayhem, “Holiday Road” featuring Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear, “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)” featuring Jennifer Hudson, and a spirited cover of “Silver Bells” featuring Cyndi Lauper.

Just a short stroll away in Toy Story Land, Alien Swirling Saucers is joining the seasonal lineup on November 4. The playful family spinner is trading its usual intergalactic space tunes for four festive tracks with an extraterrestrial spin: “Toyland,” “Deck the Halls,” and two ride-inspired tracks, “Swirling, Swirling, Saucers” and “Joy to the Swirl.”
Over at EPCOT, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind is launching its own holiday remix from November 25 through January 6, 2027, just in time for the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays. Rather than its classic rotation of Earth classics, the backward-launching reverse-coaster will blast one of three seasonal anthems while you save the galaxy: “Christmas Wrapping” by The Waitresses, “Christmas Eve/Sarajevo 12/24” by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and the timeless classic “It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year” by Andy Williams.
Because all three attractions assign their tracks by random rotation each time you board, you can hop in the queue for a re-ride and get a completely different holiday soundtrack—making park days in Orlando feel like your favorite festive playlist brought to life.
