Everhome Suites Opens Properties in Texas, Kentucky, and New Jersey

Everhome Suites has expanded its presence with the opening of three new properties in San Antonio, Texas; Bowling Green, Kentucky; and Somerset, New Jersey. These openings bring the total number of Everhome Suites locations in the United States to 27.

The Everhome Suites San Antonio, Texas, opened in October 2025 at 619 N Hunt Lane. The property is located near Lackland Air Force Base, the South Texas Medical Center, and corporate offices for USAA and Wells Fargo. The hotel also serves guests visiting SeaWorld San Antonio and downtown San Antonio.

The Everhome Suites Bowling Green, Kentucky, opened in November 2025 at 1699 Charlie Court. This property is positioned to serve extended stay guests connected to Western Kentucky University, the GM Corvette Assembly Plant, and The Medical Center at Bowling Green. The location also offers access to regional manufacturing hubs and the National Corvette Museum.

The Everhome Suites Somerset, New Jersey, opened in late December 2025 at 1860 Easton Avenue. The hotel is located near Rutgers University, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, and Johnson & Johnson’s corporate headquarters. The property is situated near major highways, providing access for business travelers and visitors to the greater New York metropolitan area.

The newly opened hotels were developed with Highside Companies. Everhome Suites is described as offering apartment-style accommodations for longer stays, with suites that include fully equipped kitchens. The brand is part of Choice Hotels International, Inc.
