Secret Sauce Brands has acquired TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort, a beachfront property positioned between Destin and Miramar Beach and near the communities of 30A. The resort is located in one of the most-visited vacation markets in the United States.
The property offers gulf-front access, multiple pools, including a gulf-front pool and a clubhouse pool, and a racquet club with 12 clay courts. On-site dining options include Blue Dunes Grille and The Bistro. Guests and homeowners have access to a curated set of amenities, with select enhanced access to key resort features and preferred on-site experiences. Plans are in place to further enhance privately operated amenities over time.
The resort maintains on-site management, a dedicated check-in experience, and a physical presence to support a seamless, professionally managed environment.
The property will operate under the name TOPS’L Lodging Company.
GoodLife Vacations serves as the booking, support, and brand licensing platform for the group’s hospitality brands. The operational model mirrors that of Marriott International.
