Four Seasons has named Robert Fritz as Executive Chairman. Founder and former Chairman Isadore Sharp will become Chairman Emeritus. Fritz, a long-time executive with Cascade Investment, the company’s majority shareholder, has served as Lead Director on the Four Seasons Board since 2022.
As Executive Chairman, Fritz will continue to lead the board and work with Four Seasons President and Chief Executive Officer Alejandro Reynal and the executive leadership team to guide the company’s long-term strategic direction. Sharp, as Chairman Emeritus, will remain involved with the company, representing the brand, engaging with employees, and upholding the Four Seasons culture.
Four Seasons is privately held by Cascade Investment, L.L.C., Kingdom Holding Company, and Isadore Sharp through Triples Holdings Limited. The company operates more than 130 properties worldwide and maintains a development pipeline. Four Seasons was founded more than six decades ago.
