Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur has launched several artificial intelligence features designed to support meetings, events, and weddings. The new technologies are offered as optional enhancements and include virtual assistance, real-time interpretation, and immersive storytelling capabilities.
The AI-powered conference assistant streamlines self check-in and seat allocation for arriving guests. Attendees can interact with a virtual concierge to access event information, including agendas, speaker biographies, and venue details. Organizers receive post-event AI-generated summaries.
A real-time interpretation system is available via personal devices and LED displays, providing translation across more than 40 major languages. The system can integrate industry-specific glossaries. For select experiences, AI-enabled glasses deliver real-time translation within the wearer’s field of vision.
The hotel has introduced an AI hologram emcee, a lifelike avatar capable of delivering multi-language messages in a customized tone. The emcee can open sessions, introduce speakers, and guide event proceedings.
An AI live feed with instant reels captures multi-camera footage of events and automatically generates highlight reels within minutes of an event’s conclusion for immediate sharing.
A 360 virtual showcase with an AI avatar provides immersive audio-visual narratives through virtual reality headsets. This feature includes interactive hotspots and a digital avatar to guide guests through a virtual environment.
The instant VideoFX playback feature produces same-day video clips that incorporate event branding, enabling immediate distribution and social sharing.
These AI enhancements are intended to address logistical challenges, particularly for large-scale and multilingual events.
