The North and South towers at Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas have topped out in Henderson’s MacDonald Highlands community. The development has reported $950 million in total sales, with 23 residences remaining.

Azure Resorts & Hotels is developing the project with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development. The 24- and 25-story towers were designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo, and Suffolk is the general contractor.

Glass installation is underway on both towers as construction proceeds toward making the buildings weathertight for interior finish work.

The project includes 171 residences ranging from two to five bedrooms. Interior areas range from 2,300 to 8,400 square feet, with outdoor living areas of up to 3,500 square feet. Residences are oriented toward views of the Las Vegas Strip and the McCullough Range.

Features include semi-private elevators, private garages and furnished options by Wimberly Interiors in collaboration with RH Contract. Penthouses, junior penthouses and certain garden residences will include private plunge pools.

Residents will have access to 90,000 square feet of private amenities, including four pools with private cabanas, a Four Seasons Fitness & Wellness Center, pickleball courts, spa treatment rooms, a golf simulator, a screening room, and lounges for children and teenagers with programming by Kids for All Seasons.

Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group is the project’s exclusive culinary partner. A restaurant is planned for the North Tower.

A director of residences will oversee 24-hour concierge, security and residential services. The property is about 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

Ownership inquiries are being accepted for the remaining residences. Prices start at $5.15 million.
