Yogi DeSoto Corporation owns and operates the property, and Patel Construction built it.
The hotel includes a fitness center overlooking an outdoor pool, a pergola-shaded seating area, outdoor grilling stations and a fire pit. The property also includes artwork referencing regional cultural destinations.
Located in DeSoto County within the Memphis logistics area, the hotel offers access to employers and distribution networks, as well as Clarksdale’s blues music scene, southern culinary destinations, literary landmarks, Ole Miss athletics and youth sports tournaments.
Olive Branch serves logistics, health care and manufacturing activity. Yogi DeSoto Corporation cited business development and youth sports tourism as factors in its decision to develop the property.
